My sister runs a business together with her husband but the whole business is in his name. Business bank account is solely in her husband's name. She told me the other day that they recently bought some plots of land and her husband had them put in his name alone!
Of all the things that could possibly go wrong in the future, what do you think about this arrangement please? For now, everything is perfect between them but should a wife allow her husband register a property they jointly own in his name alone?

It is believed that the death toll has increase in an attack
on communities in Langtang South Local Government of Plateau State has risen to
70, and this is in addition to the over 7,000 that have been displaced.
Hon. Beni Lar, Member representing Langtang North/South
Constituency in the House of Representatives, who confirmed this during a visit
to the affected parts, said several people were still missing.
She said, “From what I gathered, the Divisional Crime
Officer is still missing, seven thousand people were displaced, while almost 70
lost their lives.

Nigerians president signs law imposing up to 14 years jail for gay relationship
"Beyond even prohibiting same sex marriage, this law is dangerously
restricts freedom of assembly... and expression for all Nigerians,"he
said in a statement.
The bill,which contains penalties of up to 14years in prison and bans gay marriage,same-sex "amorous relationships" and membership of gay rights groups,was passed by the national assembly last May but Jonathan had delayed signing it into law.
A presidential spokesmen told Reuters he had now done so. As in much of sub-Saharan Africa,anti-gay sentiment and persecution of homosexuals is rife in Nigeria, so the new legislation is likely to be popular. Jonathan is expected to seek re-election in 2015 but is under pressure after several dozen lawmakers and a handful of regional governors defected to the opposition in the past two months. under existing Nigeria federal law,sodomy is punishable by jail, but this bill legislates for a much broader crackdown on homosexual people,who live a largely underground existence.
